The Building Expert program includes 100 high-impact postcards each month – but that may not be enough.  The key to marketing is repetition and unless you are getting seen by the entire building, you are not optimized for success.

In addition to the 100 included cards, rotated to different units with each month, we strongly encourage agents to add postcards and mail the entire building 1-2x per month.  It may not be until the 3rd or 4th time your postcard and brand stands out to a prospective buyer or seller.  

We’ve already done the heavy lifting in terms of design, production, address collection and mailing – all you need to do is expand your reach with more cards to more units and residents.

At only $.80 / additional card, it is money well spent and value well received.  So mail, mail and mail again – saturating the building mailboxes with your brand and status as the expert for the building.  The commissions and ROI from a single sale is massive, but you need to properly attack the opportunity.
