Meet Estee Soto, a sales associate and marketing expert with Century 21 Premier Elite Realty.

Estee has been a brand graphic designer for more than 19 years. She leads the graphic design department at Century 21 Premier Elite Realty and also manages her own team of designers from Venezuela. Estee specializes in applying her unique experience in marketing and branding to the real estate market, focusing specifically on high-end, luxury residences around the world to help buy and sell homes.

“I’ve been really impressed by the way Estee immediately embraced the marketing platform and put it to work,” says Katrina Coakley, Client Success Manager at Condo.com. “Estee immediately added her information to the platform, selected photos, designed postcards and even showcased her building page on social media to reach more prospective clients.” Within the first week, Estee began receiving leads!

Estee believes social media is a tool that allows us to reach clients in a more relaxed atmosphere. “We are essentially able to get into their homes and provide them with valuable information with just the click of a mouse” she says.  “Social media could be a dangerous tool if not used correctly. No matter how interested you are in promoting yourself, you have to give the user something to remember you by, something useful or shareable,” Estee says.

You can’t underestimate the share factor. What’s the first thing you do when you have an amazing experience or hear an incredible story? You share it. Social media makes it easy, but it’s important to step back and make sure you aren’t  being self-serving.

Estee believes in sharing her own beliefs and experiences, as well as what she has learned from others to the benefit of her clients. She epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail.

Outside of work, Estee enjoys scuba diving, especially deep dives and night diving, and horseback riding. She’s been a rider since she was 3-years-old. She also loves to travel to new places and take photographs. Most importantly, Estee enjoys spending time with her precious 3-year-old daughter.
