What is Intercom and how does it work?

Intercom is a robust client management tool that has been integrated into all Building Expert accounts.  The tool is displayed as a chat icon in your account and allows Building Experts to ask questions or request product and program support in real-time.

Simply input your question into the chat window and a Client Services Manager (Building Advisor) will be in touch shortly to help resolve any issues you may have with the program or platform features.

We’ve integrated Intercom in order to provide faster support and easily track all open client account matters. The application makes it easy to send monthly email updates about new features, best practices and other program matters.
